The Scheme proposes a development comprising a mix of Class A (retail) ground floor units, a 130 bedroom hotel and an independent upper floor destination restaurant. The Planning Permission envisages that the two listed buildings that formed part of the existing Slatters Hotel site will be retained and restored, and that the current 1960s element of the former hotel will be demolished and replaced with a contemporary six floor building.
